1963 - Brake & Clutch Service, Transmission Gear & Joint & Axle & Transmission were created
1971 - Installed IBM’s smallest computer in Denver
1973 - Brake & Clutch Service, Transmission Gear & Joint & Axle & Transmission were consolidated to Drive Train Industries
1975 - Denver Headquarters Moved to Brighton Boulevard from Market Street
1980 - Expanded the Denver facility to 165,000 sq. feet
2003 - Drive Train Industries becomes an Employee Owned - Company (Only 11,000) total in the United States
